





**Requirements:** 30 to 45 years of age Civil Engineering degree, with specialization or Master's in Project Management **MUST BE A GRADUATE OF TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY** With 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience leading private sector projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, using agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMI) methodologies **Responsibilities:** * Project lifecycle management: Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to defined methodologies (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or agile methodologies adopted by the university). * Scope and requirements definition: Work with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and scope boundaries. * Schedule planning and control: Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies; manage changes and ensure timely delivery. * Budget and resource management: Estimate costs, administer budgets, allocate resources, and report financial variances. * Risk and quality management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; ensure deliverable quality through controls and testing. * Stakeholder and communication management: Maintain clear and regular communication with executives, faculty, administrative staff, students, and vendors; generate progress reports and meeting minutes. * Vendor and contract management: Select, negotiate, and monitor vendors and contracts; ensure compliance with agreements. * Change management and governance: Handle change requests, maintain traceability, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance. * Benefits management and project closure: Measure expected benefits, validate deliverables with users, and perform administrative and documentation closure. * Continuous improvement: Identify lessons learned and promote project management best practices within the institution. **Knowledge:** * Planning and control * Scope management, change management, and traceability * Proficiency in methods and frameworks: PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), Lean.
