**Job Objective:** As a Field Collection Officer, you are responsible for validating the credit application data of customers, as well as establishing payment plans for customers within their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Deliver service to our customers with respect and courtesy. Operate a motorcycle in strict compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. **Requirements:** Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. Motorcycle driving experience; valid motorcycle driver’s license required. Proficiency in using mobile devices; goal- and target-oriented. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Value Proposition:** Base weekly salary of $2,500.
