Drive store sales through exceptional service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (verifiable). * Flexible availability and a service-oriented attitude. * Prior sales experience (minimum 6 months) preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with brand-related service. 2. Assess customer needs. 3. Manage the in-store and telephone sales process. 4. Monitor and achieve branch sales targets. 5. Deliver excellent post-sale service. 6. Maintain the database of customers requesting out-of-stock products. **Job Activities** 1. Deliver outstanding sales service to customers in-store and via telephone. 2. Provide assistance and information to customers regarding the brand and product features. 3. Collaborate as a team to perform cross-selling or increase average transaction value. 4. Follow inventory control procedures. 5.
