Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in electricity, painting, masonry, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, hydraulic systems, gardening * Experience in PC handling, Office Suite, WIFI and internet systems. Functions: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. * Provide attention and follow-up to reported maintenance needs. * Identify maintenance requirements and manage to ensure facilities are in optimal condition to provide services. * Attend and communicate with suppliers.
