Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Project management leadership * Ensuring/managing internal team participation in project delivery. * Ensuring/managing participation of software factories providing services to us. * Creating executive presentations to support steering committees. * Ensuring compliance with quality, security, and project commitment indicators. * Proactive with a sense of urgency. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Systems * Years of experience: Minimum 5 years * Areas of expertise: Systems development / Project management * Required knowledge: Two system development languages, project administration methodologies, Microsoft tools, source code version control tools. * Languages: Intermediate English * Proactive with a sense of urgency. * Willingness to travel: Yes * Willingness to relocate: No At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
