At *Improve Your Beach A.C.*, a non-profit civil association and authorized charitable organization dedicated to the conservation of Mexican coastlines, we are seeking to fill the position of **Fundraiser** with experience, passion for the environment, and social commitment. The primary objective will be to **design and execute fundraising strategies** that strengthen our cleanup brigades, environmental education projects, and community initiatives. We are looking for someone who not only sees numbers but also understands that each donation represents cleaner beaches, more protected biodiversity, and more people raised in awareness. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the mission of *Improve Your Beach*. * Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partner companies. * Coordinate events, digital campaigns, and collaborations to raise funds. * Write donation proposals and environmental and social impact reports. * Track and prepare financial and progress reports. * Collaborate with the volunteer and operations team to ensure funds meet actual project needs. * Maintain an updated database of donors and partners. * Comply with fiscal, ethical, and legal regulations regarding fundraising (including issuing tax receipts as an authorized charitable organization). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, Sustainable Development, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent proven experience. * At least **3 years of experience in fundraising**, resource development, or corporate social responsibility. * Proven ability to design and execute successful fundraising strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Negotiation skills and capacity to build long-term relationships. * Organization, project management, and database handling. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with digital tools and office software. **We Offer** * Commission-based structure * Opportunity to directly contribute to the **conservation of beaches and coastal ecosystems in Mexico**. * Join a team with real and measurable impact (+50 tons of waste collected, permanent brigades, educational campaigns). * Professional development in the environmental and social sector.
