Company located near Corridor 2000 Seeking: **Position: Warehouse Supervisor.** **Position:** Warehouse Manager **Schedule:** 7am to 5pm. Monday to Friday. (Saturdays occasionally). **AGE:** 25 TO 40 Years **About the job:** A television manufacturer is seeking a candidate responsible for efficiently managing resources to ensure high-quality service and processes for all activities within the warehouse department (unloading, validations, storage, material preparation for production and other departments, shipments, and inventories), as well as optimizing space and maximizing floor usage. Prioritizing internal and external customer service, while maintaining safety and hygiene as top priorities. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor operational and supervisory requirements from each client by reviewing the requested information. * Coordinate assigned personnel to maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. Manage attendance records and employee follow-up, as well as provide necessary work materials. * Conduct internal audits on operations, equipment and tool maintenance, safety, and hygiene; document deviations and provide feedback to relevant personnel when required. * Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing files, transfer controls, status changes, and verify compliance with document reception requirements. * Verify inventory levels in coordination with Master Planning to ensure complete and timely delivery of customer orders. * Prepare inventories and internal department reports. * Conduct employee evaluations and training sessions. * Validate physical counts of goods upon receipt, during storage, and at dispatch, verifying material handling and product care. * Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency in departmental processes. * Plan operational resources according to established workloads and priorities. * Collect and record daily operational results for KPI reporting. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, inventory, shipping). * Proficient in Excel, inventory management, and material rotation. * Leadership: Experience managing work teams of at least 10 people. * Performance tracking and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work with diverse personalities and follow direct instructions. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service orientation. * Proactive attitude. * English language skills. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Completed degree.
