




Company located at Corredor 2000 Seeking: **Position:** Warehouse Manager **Schedule:** 7am to 5pm. Monday to Friday. (Saturdays occasionally). **AGE:** 25 TO 40 Years **About the job:** A television manufacturer seeks a candidate responsible for efficiently managing resources to ensure high-quality service and processes in all activities related to the warehouse department (Unloading, validations, storage, material preparation for production and other departments, shipments and inventories), as well as optimizing space and maximizing floor usage. Prioritizing internal and external customer service, while maintaining safety and hygiene as top priorities. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor operational and supervisory requirements from each client by reviewing the information requested. * Coordinate assigned personnel to maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. Manage attendance records and personnel follow-up, as well as provide them with necessary work materials. * Conduct internal audits on operational topics, equipment and tool maintenance, safety and hygiene, and in cases of deviations, document and provide feedback to the relevant personnel. * Ensure proper documentation of entry and exit files, transfer controls, status changes, and verify compliance with document reception requirements. * Verify inventory levels in coordination with Master Planning to ensure complete and timely delivery of customer orders. * Prepare inventories and internal department reports. * Conduct personnel evaluations and training sessions. * Validate physical counts of goods upon receipt during storage and upon shipment, verifying material handling and product care. * Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency in area processes. * Plan operational resources according to established workloads and priorities. * Obtain and record daily operational results for KPI reporting. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, inventory, shipping). * Proficiency in Excel, inventory management, and material turnover. * Leadership: Experience managing work teams of at least 10 people. * Productivity management and results-oriented. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work with different personalities and follow direct instructions. * Proficient in Excel and Office suite. * Customer service orientation. * Proactive. * English language skills. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Completed degree.
