Human Resources Manager - Partner

**Position Mission:** Ensure a harmonious, safe, and productive work environment in agricultural operations by implementing effective strategies for labor relations, talent development, and organizational climate management. Guarantee regulatory compliance, retention of operational and administrative staff, and continuous improvement of working conditions, contributing to achieving the company's productivity and sustainability goals. **Key Contributions and Responsibilities:** Labor Relations * Investigate and follow up on findings from the communication box (QR), as well as those reported through field welfare committees, providing effective resolutions to eliminate problem(s). * Manage and monitor the induction process for administrative personnel, aligned with established procedures. * Build an efficient and productive team for Labor Relations and Industrial Safety, aiming to promptly respond to any operational needs. * Efficiently and timely enforce the Internal Work Regulations, along with established rules and policies, always respecting the company’s work philosophy. * Eliminate or reduce employee claims filed with STPS, thereby avoiding unnecessary expenses and protecting the company's image before labor authorities. * Define and ensure implementation of strategies to reduce absenteeism due to general illnesses and work-related accidents, aiming to lower risk insurance premiums. Workplace Climate * Increase and/or maintain a positive work environment in the field to improve staff retention. * Organize and execute end-of-season and year-end events such as meals, distribution of hats, gifts, etc., according to CCT. * Improve working conditions by supervising that all ranches meet basic employee needs such as clean dining areas and restrooms, drinking water, electrolyte solutions, etc. Talent Development * Strengthen and update job descriptions within the entity, ensuring each person performs the correct role and receives appropriate and consistent compensation. * Actively participate and support the relevant department in building succession plans (pipeline) for key operational positions. * Provide active training aligned with the annual plan for both administrative and operational staff within the company (ranch supervisors, mechanics, irrigators, etc.) to enhance leadership, soft skills, and technical abilities. Industrial Safety * Provide safety training for new and existing employees, and guide field personnel on all safety-related topics. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment across different areas and apply sanctions in case of non-compliance. * Notify leaders or ranch managers about hazards or risks identified during operations and develop mitigation and accident prevention strategies in the field. Indicators * Maintain statistical control over harvest efficiencies and piecework performance to support rehiring workers who demonstrated high efficiency in previous seasons. * Support Ranch Managers and Production Managers in increasing efficiency among harvesting personnel and in general field activities. General * Actively participate in the review of CROPS budgets and financial statements with the production team. * Coordinate and support housing arrangements for frontline foreign personnel, as well as for trusted personnel when hired.
