Mission Provide corrective and preventive maintenance to production machinery to ensure effective and efficient operation, respecting the guidelines and policies established by the company. Responsibilities Responsibility1**Execute** preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition. Responsibility2**Report** equipment failures or damages to the maintenance supervisor for scheduling necessary maintenance activities. Responsibility3**Communicate** deviations in maintenance execution to the supervisor so appropriate actions can be taken. Responsibility4**Carry out** safety and hygiene procedures applicable to the tasks performed, in compliance with AC's established guidelines. Responsibility5**Ensure** the work area is clean and in good condition, as well as the tools assigned, to prevent accidents or findings during audits. Responsibility6 QUALITY AND SAFETY ASPECTS a. Follow the guidelines of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System. b. Implement requirements, standards, and specifications of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System applicable to their process. c. Promote continuous improvement. d. Communicate needs regarding technology and infrastructure. e. Support operational staff in acquiring the competencies required for carrying out their activities. f. Activate prevention and correction systems when deviations occur in processes and indicators. g. Collaborate in the certification of authorized management standards. h. Ensure compliance with Quality and Safety, Environmental, and Safety Policies. i. Monitor and control operational risks under their responsibility. j. Establish and measure the effectiveness of control points and measures defined. k. Report any situation that could affect the quality and safety of our products, worker health and safety, and the environment. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT a. Commitment to environmental care and preservation. b. Knowledge of legislation applicable to their processes. c. Compliance with good environmental practices (conservation of natural resources, electricity, and gas). SAFETY ASPECT a. Provide support to the industrial safety department in implementing the safety management system at the bottling plant, including allocating resources for this purpose. b. Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following safety measures in their work areas and ensuring personnel under their supervision comply. c.
