Human Resources Strategy: * Develop and execute the human resources strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. * Advise senior management on talent management policies and strategies. 2\. Recruitment and Selection: * Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job descriptions and conducting interviews. * Supervise the full employment cycle management, from hiring to separation. * Ensure proper integration and adaptation of new employees. 3\. **Organizational Development:** * Identify training and development needs to improve employee performance and professional growth. * Implement leadership development and change management programs. 4\. **Performance Management:** * Develop and manage performance evaluation systems. * Promote a culture of constructive feedback and recognition of achievements. 5\. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Administer and review compensation and benefits policies to ensure market competitiveness. * Manage compensation and benefits programs fairly and in compliance with legal regulations. * Develop strategies for talent retention. 6\. **Labor Relations:** * Handle labor relations and resolve conflicts effectively. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. 7\. **Legal Compliance:** * Stay updated on labor regulations and ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations. * Implement policies and procedures that ensure legal and ethical compliance. 8\. **Internal Communication:** * Facilitate effective communication between management and employees. * Promote organizational culture and company values. 9\. **Human Resources Administration:** * Supervise payroll administration, employee records, and documentation. * Ensure proper management of employee data and confidentiality of information. * Prepare and present reports on human resources metrics and improvement proposals. * Collaborate with senior management in organizational planning and change management. 10\. **Safety Responsibilities:** * Comply with safety policies and procedures. * Participate in scheduled trainings when required. * Wear personal protective equipment at all times during work activities and where required. * Report any unsafe act or condition to immediate supervisor or EHS responsible. * Report any injury or accident, no matter how minor, to immediate supervisor or medical/EHS service. 11\. **Management System Responsibilities:** * Participate and support maintaining the implementation of the MS. * Familiarize with MS documents. * Ensure adherence to documented procedures. * Maintain records of activities, decisions, and results as required. * Actively participate in internal audits to identify areas for improvement. * Implement corrective actions when non-conformities are identified. * Review and analyze established performance indicators. * Work together with other departments to ensure consistency of the management system. * Recommend, when applicable, improvements to the MS. * Report and document any changes in processes. * Participate in courses and training to improve skills related to quality.
