We are looking for a **Human Resources Quality Analyst** responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving HR department processes. The purpose of this position is to ensure that activities related to recruitment, employee support, and administrative management comply with the quality standards established by the organization. Responsibilities * Evaluate the quality of Human Resources department processes. * Analyze interactions and procedures of the recruitment and personnel support team. * Prepare performance reports and quality metrics. * Identify areas for improvement in internal processes. * Propose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor quality indicators and process compliance. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize the employee experience. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in **quality control or quality analysis**, preferably in Human Resources or customer service. * Knowledge of quality metrics and performance indicators. * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
