**Job Description:** A leading software development company with presence in Mexico and Canada **We are seeking:** A QA Tester. We are looking for professionals experienced as QA Testers, capable of ensuring functionality and implementation of changes and projects required for applications, systems, and infrastructure. This includes proposing process improvements and creating reporting mechanisms for tracking and KPIs within the department—all following a standardized methodology to ensure quality across the company’s projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * \-Organized * \-Analytical and logical thinking * \-Teamwork and planning skills * \-Results-oriented * \-Programming knowledge * \-Communication and writing skills * \-Continuous improvement mindset **EXPERIENCE:** * \-Minimum of 1 year in similar roles. * \-Test matrices and QA: 1 year (Mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \-Identify inputs required to execute tests. * \-Prepare test evidence documentation (using Jira and Confluence tools). * \-Develop documentation. * \-Create user manuals. * \-Report and track fixes identified during testing. * \-Issue release recommendations based on assessed impact; measure and monitor quality indicators. * \-Execute cross-browser compatibility tests. * \-Execute functional and non-functional tests. * \-Execute unit tests. * \-Execute manual tests. * \-Execute black-box tests to identify development bugs. * \-Perform tests as an end user. **WE OFFER:** **\-Salary: $12,000 \- 15,000 MXN** **\-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM,** **Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (**With possibility of working from home on Saturdays) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site
