Ensure the profitability of the business units under your responsibility and consistently meet changing customer needs through product-by-product, store-by-store management, guaranteeing quality, variety, service, value, and cleanliness, via a process of leaders developing leaders supported by the service leadership model. ***You will contribute to the success of our organization by carrying out the following activities:*** * Management, implementation, and execution of operations * Conduct quality and impact visits to stores, focusing on strengths and key opportunities, providing necessary support to store managers to take action and remove obstacles in order to achieve objectives. * Maintain effective weekly communication with your team, transmitting the necessary and timely information for store operations, as well as establishing a clear and timely comprehensive accountability process with your team. * Collaborate with your direct supervisor in the preparation of the annual revenue and expense budget (sales, average ticket, product mix, margin, labor costs, miscellaneous expenses, maintenance, inventory shortages, and cash per store and per month). * Conduct monthly review meetings of the main income statement indicators and discuss the performance of each business unit, creating action plans (increase sales, reduce expenses). Bachelor's degree or Engineer completed in Business Administration or related field. Intermediate Excel skills Financial analysis and budgeting Leadership Experience as an operations manager, commercial strategist, area manager, or commercial manager in the food industry.
