We are looking for a **Tender Assistant** to support the integration of proposals and documentation for public and private construction tenders. We seek an organized, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering and/or Architecture**, * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative or tender support activities (desirable). * Desired knowledge in: * Integration of technical and administrative proposals * Review of tender documents * Preparation of documentation * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Office tools. * Ability to organize files, formats, and key dates. * Interpretation of drawings and construction processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Support the **integration of administrative and technical documentation** for tenders. * Download and organize tender documents, annexes, and templates. * Prepare digital and physical folders. * Track documentation required by internal departments. * Manage calendars, submission deadlines, and requirement checklists. * Assist in submitting or uploading proposals. **Job responsibilities** * Analysis of tender notices and project development based on established terms. * Attendance at clarification meetings and presentation of proposals. * Tender integration and monitoring of contract compliance. **Additional benefits and perks** * Opportunity for an indefinite-term contract. * COMPETITIVE salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,342.00 - $13,075.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
