Position Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across company facilities. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. * Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues. * Manage spare parts and supplies inventory. * Lead and motivate a maintenance technician team. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities. * Stay updated on new maintenance technologies and trends. Position Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision roles. * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. * Experience managing teams and personnel. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
