**Job Description** The Production Operator is responsible for assembling, machining, performing quality inspections, tool changes, and supporting the identification and resolution of issues in manufacturing processes and equipment. What You Will Do * Execute shift start-up activities * Mirror inspection * Sanitization of MET stations * Machine power on/off * Mastering electronic gauges * Assembly of large and small parts including fasteners * Quality inspection * Review and execution of WPO * Monitoring tool life * Perform daily MO * Safety walkthrough * TCAR generation * Identification of suspect material * Tool change * Scrap material handling * Respond to Andon calls * Machine loading/unloading * Integration meeting * Star point activities Skills: * Minimum education: High School * Experience: Not required * Availability to work rotating shifts * Focus on standard work * Focus on Quality and safety * Oral, sign language, and/or written communication skills * Teamwork * Good physical endurance and coordination. May need to stand and/or walk for extended periods each day while frequently bending, turning, stooping, and reaching. Periodic lifting up to 15kg may be required.
