




***Community Liaison Promoter*** Job Objective Strengthen the social fabric in communities through implementation of the Mortgage with Services Program, ensuring proper maintenance and preservation of common areas in housing developments. **Main Responsibilities** \*Conduct periodic visits to assigned subdivisions according to established schedule and planning. \*Validate and supervise maintenance activities in common areas. \*Generate progress and follow-up reports on field activities carried out. \*Promote community participation in preserving shared spaces. \*Provide assistance to neighbors and establish effective communication channels. \*Drive initiatives that strengthen the social fabric and community organization. **Requirements** Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in social, administrative, or related fields). Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard/automatic vehicles. ***Competencies and Skills*** Initiative and proactivity. Leadership and ability to coordinate groups. Professional appearance and image. Teamwork Effective communication skills and community engagement. Activity planning and organization.
