At *Mejora tu Playa A.C.*, a non-profit civil association and authorized donor dedicated to the conservation of Mexican coastlines, we are seeking to fill the position of **Fundraiser** with experience, passion for the environment, and social commitment. The primary objective will be to **design and implement fundraising strategies** that strengthen our cleanup brigades, environmental education projects, and community initiatives. We are looking for someone who sees beyond numbers and understands that each donation represents cleaner beaches, protected biodiversity, and more people raised in environmental awareness. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the mission of *Mejora tu Playa*. * Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partner companies. * Coordinate events, digital campaigns, and collaborations to raise funds. * Write donation proposals and environmental and social impact reports. * Track progress and prepare financial and advancement reports. * Collaborate with the volunteer and operations team to ensure funds meet actual project needs. * Maintain an updated database of donors and partners. * Comply with fiscal, ethical, and legal regulations regarding fundraising (including issuing tax receipts as an authorized donor). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, Sustainable Development, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent proven experience. * At least **3 years of experience in fundraising**, resource development, or corporate social responsibility. * Proven ability to design and execute successful fundraising strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Negotiation skills and capacity to build long-term relationships. * Organizational, project management, and database handling skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with digital tools and office software. **We Offer** * Commission-based scheme * Opportunity to directly contribute to the **conservation of beaches and coastal ecosystems in Mexico**. * Join a team creating real and measurable impact (+50 tons of waste collected, permanent brigades, educational campaigns). * Professional development within the environmental and social sector.
