Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Controller to manage, archive, and track invoices, purchase orders, shipments, and warranties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and archiving of key warehouse and order documents 2. Tracking of cargo shipments and incident management 3. Management of warranties and returns from customers and suppliers DIREGO: Leading company in tractor parts and automotive parts. Join our team: We are seeking: DOCUMENT CONTROL Requirements: Completed high school education. Intermediate Excel skills. Basic knowledge of invoices and credit notes. Experience using an ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Control and archive the daily sequential invoice log for the warehouse. Control and archive the sequential purchase order form log. Control and track inter-branch cargo shipments. Track incidents (shortages and/or overages) with domestic suppliers and distribution centers (CEDIS). Process and track warranties reported to domestic suppliers and CEDIS. Record customer and supplier returns in the system. We offer: Tax-free weekly salary.
