Job Summary: We are seeking a Python and Java Developer with experience in REST APIs, SQL databases, and agile methodologies for backend application development and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams following agile methodologies Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Python and Java Developer Conversational English required Position based in Toluca (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) *Free transportation from El Ángel de la Independencia (round trip) Hybrid work model · Requirements: Minimum 4 years of development experience with Python and Java. Knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture. Proficiency in SQL databases. Experience with Git and agile methodologies. Familiarity with automation and software development best practices. Teamwork skills and effective communication ability. · Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Java. Design and implement REST APIs and integrated services. Participate in the analysis, development, and improvement of systems and applications. Automate processes and optimize workflows. Perform testing, debugging, and incident resolution. Work with SQL databases for queries, validation, and data handling. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile). Participate in code reviews and version control using Git. Support CI/CD pipeline integration and maintenance. Desirable: Cloud and container knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
