Job Summary: Auto Express Frontera Norte is seeking a YARD ASSISTANT for unit registration, inspection, documentary review, and support in container movement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Yard unit registration and control 2. Physical and documentary vehicle inspection 3. Support in transportation logistics operations We are Auto Express Frontera Norte (AFN), a 100% Mexican company offering high-quality land freight transportation, cross-border trucking, and container transportation services, as well as comprehensive logistics solutions. We are currently seeking a **YARD ASSISTANT** at our facility located adjacent to the Regulador Yard. Responsibilities: * **Unit registration:** Maintain a detailed record of units entering and exiting the yard, including information such as license plate number, cargo type, and driver. * **Physical inspection:** Conduct visual inspections of units to identify potential damage or irregularities, in accordance with applicable regulations. * **Documentation review:** Verify required documentation for vehicle entry and exit, such as transit permits or cargo manifests. * **Incident reporting:** Report any issues or anomalies detected during the exchange process. * **Transportation assistance:** Assist with on-yard or terminal transportation tasks, such as container movement or equipment delivery.
