Experience in security and emergency management Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of hotel guests, staff, and property. Duties include monitoring facilities, preventing incidents, and responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor hotel facilities to prevent incidents and ensure safety. * Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols in internal and external areas of the hotel. * Respond to emergency situations such as evacuations, medical incidents, or conflicts, following established protocols. * Control access of people and vehicles to the hotel, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. * Conduct periodic rounds throughout all hotel areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Report and document any incidents or irregularities occurring within the hotel. * Coordinate with other staff members and hotel departments to address security-related situations. * Ensure that security, emergency, and health protocols are followed by all staff and guests. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in security, preferably in the hospitality industry or similar sector. * Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and security protocols. * Observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Certification in security and first aid (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development within the hotel. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
