Description

Job Summary: Operator responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining order in the production area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of injection molding machines and automated equipment. 2. Ensuring product quality through inspection and rework. 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area (5S). -Operate and monitor injection molding machines and automated equipment -Perform stamping and ensure continuous production flow -Verify availability of materials and supplies -Inspect parts (visual and dimensional) to ensure quality -Perform deburring and rework of parts -Identify and segregate non-conforming products (scrap) -Report equipment or process failures or deviations -Record production and performance indicators on forms -Maintain order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 40 years old Keywords: operator, operario, operator
