Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Flexographic Operator to ensure proper corrugated packaging production, meeting technical specifications while guaranteeing safety and efficiency. Actively involved in machinery maintenance and adjustment At KIT, we seek to integrate a Flexographic Operator into our team, responsible for ensuring proper corrugated packaging production. This position is critical to ensuring packaging production, meeting customers' technical specifications and established production timelines, while guaranteeing process safety and efficiency. Responsibilities - Assist in preparation and setup of the flexographic press. - Install, adjust, and maintain doctor blades. - Control ink flow and viscosity to ensure print quality. - Clean anilox rolls, doctor blade chambers, and associated components. - Verify registration, pressure, and alignment during printing. - Detect printing defects (streaks, ink excess/insufficiency, splatters). - Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a flexographic operator. - Knowledge of handling and types of doctor blades (steel, polymer, beveled, etc.), closed chamber systems, ink control, anilox cleaning, and basic maintenance.
