We are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented **Payroll Specialist** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the accurate administration and processing of payroll, ensuring the company’s compliance with labor and tax obligations.
Requirements and Knowledge:
* System proficiency:
* ASPEL NOI
* CONTPAQ Payroll
* Proficiency in:
* IDSE
* SUA
* Intermediate Excel
* Knowledge and application of:
* Federal Labor Law
* Income Tax Law (ISR)
* IMSS
* INFONAVIT
* Experience in calculating:
* Payrolls
* Settlements and severance payments, both system-based and manual
* Control and administration of payroll incidents
* Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments
Competencies and Skills:

Experience:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (preferred)
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field
Salary: $22,000.00 per month

* Do you process weekly and biweekly payrolls?
If so, what is the maximum number of employees you have managed in payroll?
* Do you have experience processing payrolls using ASPEL NOI or CONTPAQ? Do you perform transactions in IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.?
* Are you familiar with the Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law (ISR), and Federal Tax Code?
* Can you manually prepare settlements, severance payments, and/or payrolls?
