Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the acquisition of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring optimal conditions in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement process management. 2. Negotiation and development of strategic suppliers. 3. Coordination with internal departments and cost analysis. We are looking for a Procurement Professional responsible for managing the acquisition of materials, supplies, and services required for company operations, ensuring optimal conditions in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. Main Responsibilities: -Manage the complete procurement process, from requisition to material delivery. -Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery times, credit) with suppliers. -Develop and evaluate strategic suppliers. -Track purchase orders and ensure their fulfillment. -Analyze costs and propose savings strategies. -Collaborate with internal departments (production, warehouse, engineering, etc.). -Maintain an up-to-date supplier database. -Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. -Experience in procurement (preferably in industry/manufacturing). -Negotiation and analytical skills. -ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). -Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. -Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
