Drafting of lawsuits, amparos, and appeals with review A law firm located in Celaya, Gto., is seeking a Tax Assistant Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Law Age: 24 years old Gender: Indifferent Experience: Preferred experience in tax defense or administrative litigation Responsibilities: - Drafting of lawsuits, amparos, appeals, and procedural writs with review by the director - Constant monitoring of court dockets and notifications - Tracking and data entry in Odoo - Direct interaction with authorities such as SAT, PRODECON, and Courts - Preparation of internal reports for decision-making - Organization and updating of case files - Timely tracking of procedural deadlines - Client contact for information or progress updates - Direct support to the director in strategic proposals and tracking of key matters We Offer: - Monthly scholarship through the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” program of $9,582 for one year - Social security - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Important: Applicants must not have been registered with IMSS social security insurance within the last 3 months. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 29 years Knowledge: Data entry, Writing, Tracking, Review Keywords: lawyer, letrado, jurista, legalista, abogado, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
