Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Employee** Trust-based **Job Objective** Properly apply and comply with process guidelines for handling, controlling, and dispensing medications within the pharmacy to deliver high-quality service to our customers. **Responsibilities and Activities** 1\. Carry out medication dispensing, classification, storage, and control activities in strict adherence to applicable procedures and regulations. 2\. Comply with guidelines for medication safety and storage within the pharmacy. 3\. Participate in internal and external pharmacy audits to report potential non-compliance situations. 4\. Handle customer complaint reports in accordance with established procedures. 5\. Operate the medication packaging area to ensure distribution of dispensed medications in unit-dose format. (Applies only to pharmacy assistants whose pharmacies have a unit-dose area.) 6\. Perform tasks related to automated medication dispensers. (Applies only to pharmacy assistants whose pharmacies are equipped with automated dispensers.)
