




Position Summary: Human Development Coordinator responsible for administering and implementing organizational culture initiatives and staff support at GHIV. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a positive and proactive work environment with a service-oriented mindset Company **GHIV** is seeking: **HUMAN DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR** ***Position Objective*** Ensure the proper administrative operation of the Human Development area by providing support in internal resource management, staff assistance, and implementation of organizational culture initiatives, while maintaining close communication, order, and consistent follow-up. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Control and administration of **uniform inventories and warehouse** * Distribution and collection of **uniforms for staff** * Coordination of **onboarding for new administrative hires** (facility tours, introduction to facilities and equipment) * Organization of **administrative internal events** (birthdays, team-building activities, special celebrations) * Development of activities and gestures for operational staff (Children's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) * Requesting and tracking **letters of employment for new hires** * Supervision of **general office maintenance** * Coordination of cleaning staff (activity follow-up twice per week) * Internal communication via **WhatsApp and organizational announcements** * Dissemination of important notices (pest control, deep cleaning, training sessions, events, etc.) * Arrangement of spaces for internal events * Monthly updates of information on the bulletin board * Continuous proposal of ideas to strengthen the work environment ***Candidate Profile*** * Highly organized with strong administrative control * Excellent follow-up skills (leaves no issues unresolved) * Proactive and initiative-driven * Possesses a sense of urgency * Empathetic and approachable with people * Demonstrates clear and consistent communication skills * Creative in planning activities and events * Solution-oriented when handling daily operational situations * Projects confidence and a service mindset * Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Human Resources / Human Development * Administrative and operational activities * Organizing internal events * Basic Excel and digital tool proficiency * Strong communication and interpersonal skills ***We Offer*** * Fixed salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities * Training programs We seek someone who enjoys order, organization, and interacting with people.
