Partner with our team to drive dependable service and innovation—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Attend to production challenges, service requests, and routine system operations swiftly * Offer on\-call assistance fitting US CST schedules and during severe outages * Introduce modest feature upgrades, technical adjustments, and sustain Java applications * Analyze and rectify backend microservices and REST API components * Perform unit validations for all new or updated code * Guide change requests through setup, review, and release sign\-off * Assure development practices align with coding, CI, and testing protocols * Participate in agile routines, knowledge handovers, and collaborative meetings * Provide mentorship and technical advisory to colleagues * Help offshore units resolve hurdles and coordinate priority tasks * Work closely with teammates to preserve high client satisfaction * Promote betterment in support frameworks and practices **Requirements** * Broad Java programming expertise using Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Track record in steering technical teams effectively * Robust background in enterprise system support * Experience with API development, microservices, and Kubernetes tools * Advanced analytical and problem\-resolution skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities * Proactive and trustworthy work ethic * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English skill level * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline * Master’s degree in a matching field is a plus **Nice to have** * Hands\-on involvement with Java microservices platforms * Comprehensive grasp of Spring Core modules * Familiarity with SQL operations and log data management/analysis tools
