For CERATIZIT, located at Acceso I \#116\-Nave 8, Fraccionamiento Industrial La Montaña, 76150 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. **MAINTENANCE ENGINEER** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the proper operation of machines, peripherals, and plant facilities through preventive maintenance and minimize downtime caused by corrective maintenance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES:** \- Monitor the preventive maintenance plan. \- Request minimum spare parts necessary for operations. \- Coordinate with suppliers to execute external preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Ensure proper execution of activities to close findings from the electrical inspection report. \- Track machine requirements. \- Develop operational KPIs, MTTR, and MTBF. \- Comply with various regulatory standards applicable to the plant. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Technical degree in Maintenance—mandatory; Engineering degree preferred. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. \- Knowledge of predictive and corrective maintenance, machine failure analysis, reading of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, basic electronics, robot operation, and mechanical adjustments. Equipment: CNC machines, air conditioners, compressors (compressed air), cylindrical grinders, sandblasting machines, electrical discharge machining (EDM). * **Others:** Availability to rotate across three shifts (Monday to Saturday: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; on Saturdays, shifts typically end around 12 p.m.), * teamwork, assertive communication, proactivity, prioritization and problem-solving skills, organizational ability.
