




**Looking for the Best Talent for: Warehouse Operations Assistant** **Position Overview:** Carry out warehouse activities focused on controlling and supplying materials and supplies, based on established processes and protocols, to ensure hospitals receive their orders on time and with the expected quality. * Verify that materials arriving at the warehouse match purchase orders and meet required quality specifications according to internal procedures, and ensure timely receipt to supply hospitals on time and as required. * Assign logistical locations, pick and clean products within the warehouse in accordance with established procedures to supply hospital products with the required quality. * Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to support control over material availability. * Label products (domestic and imported) in accordance with established procedures to ensure products are available for picking when required. * Validate and pack orders on time and as required, deliver materials to carriers, and track delivery routes to support timely delivery of supplies and products to hospitals. * Carry out operations in accordance with the warehouse’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to comply with Quality Management System requirements. * Ensure cold chain integrity for materials across all CEDIS processes. * Follow and comply with Good Storage Practices protocols to ensure operational quality. * Support operational activities related to implementing new warehouse and logistics projects. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Completed Upper Secondary Education. · **Intermediate Excel.** · **Knowledge:** Operation of warehouse equipment and pharmaceutical materials; mandatory experience driving a standard transmission vehicle. · **Work Experience:** Warehouse clerk and distribution experience, minimum 1 year in the healthcare sector. **Work Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.** **At Vitalmex, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, physical condition, health status, socioeconomic background, or any other grounds under the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination (LFPED).
