





**Call Center Agent** **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Completed high school (technical or professional studies in related fields are an advantage). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in customer service roles, call centers, or client support. **Key Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proficiency with basic office tools (Google Suite or Microsoft Office). * Ability to work under pressure and efficiently solve problems. * Empathy and customer-service orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle customer calls and messages to resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints. * Record information in our customer management system. * Collaborate with other departments to follow up on cases and/or specific requests. * Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service. **Additional Information:** * **Shifts:** Rotating shifts with two days off per week.
