




At ISU University, we are seeking a Culinary Arts graduate with operational experience in point-of-sale software—specifically SoftRestaurant and SoftHotel—to teach a course focused on the use, application, and management of these systems within restaurant and hotel environments. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person classes on the use of SoftRestaurant and SoftHotel. * Train students to perform basic configurations, order management, table management, inventory control, account handling, cash closing procedures, reservations, and other operational modules. * Design practical activities and real-world case studies to develop competencies. * Evaluate student performance in accordance with institutional guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (degree required). * Demonstrable experience using SoftRestaurant and/or SoftHotel (mandatory). * Teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Experience managing groups and strong pedagogical skills. * Availability to fulfill the assigned schedule. **We offer:** * Hourly/monthly compensation based on the institutional pay scale. * Issuance of honorarium receipts (CFDI) (mandatory). * Valid tax status certificate (Individual taxpayer regime for business and professional activities, or simplified trust regime). * A professional academic environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and teaching in other programs.
