Job Description: We are a real estate and construction company located in Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla, and we are looking for a native language web developer with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to design, build, and optimize fast, functional, and fully customized websites without using CMS or heavy frameworks. The ideal candidate must have a clean, organized, and efficiency-oriented approach to coding, with the ability to turn designs into fully functional websites optimized for SEO and compatible across multiple devices and browsers. Responsibilities: * Develop websites from scratch using only native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile device adaptability. * Optimize loading times, accessibility, and website performance. * Collaborate with designers and other developers in project delivery. * Perform maintenance and updates on existing websites. * Apply technical SEO best practices during development. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in native web development. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pure JavaScript. * Basic knowledge of version control. * Ability to debug code and resolve issues quickly. * Desired: experience in accessible web development and technical SEO. * Desired: basic knowledge of backend and databases.
