




**Job Description** ------------------------- Carry out messaging and support activities in accordance with organizational standards. Execute, manage, and verify user correspondence. Establish relationships through communication, keeping in mind the Institution’s objectives. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Deliver mail and various packages both within and outside CEMEX, ensuring secure delivery. * Plan and organize information to enable effective tracking of activities. * Inspect various envelopes, packages, boxes, and other documents received for distribution, verifying their accuracy and maintaining proper control. * Perform all functions, actions, and tasks arising from the nature of the position that are necessary for optimal performance and contribute to achieving KPIs. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Deliver messages on time and as scheduled. * Handle confidential information. * Provide internal and external customer service. * Follow safety procedures. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General: * Personal vehicle * Valid driver’s license Education: * High school diploma Required Experience: * Two years in a similar role * Ability to work under pressure * Daily work schedule Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
