




Job Description Job Summary Our company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the administrative management of the Audit, Billing, and Transfer department. The ideal candidate must have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities and Duties Document Management: Register and file documents related to audits, control reports, and follow-ups. Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and distributing reports. Inventory Control: Maintain up-to-date records of materials and supplies for the Audit department. Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate internal messaging. Audit Support: Collaborate in preparing documents required for internal and external audits. Financial Tracking: Assist in payment control and management of financial transactions related to the Audit department. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or related fields (completed or in the process of graduation). Experience: Previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a private company environment. Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proficiency in document management software. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Analytical ability, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
