This role is essential for recovering overdue accounts, specifically those that have exceeded 180 days past due. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting extrajudicial collections through field work to optimize our credit portfolio. **Responsibilities** * Receive overdue accounts and analyze them to develop an effective action plan. * Map the work area to ensure a strategic approach in the collection process. * Recover overdue portfolios, prioritizing accounts over 180 days delinquent. * Conduct visits to communities and manage direct contact with debtors to establish payment agreements. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all collection activities. * Report regularly to company management on the progress of account recovery. **We Offer** * Salary: $10,000\. Annual increase to $12,000 based on performance * Christmas bonus: 28 days per year as required by law * Vacation bonus: 25% annually * Annual seniority bonus: one week's salary. * Vacations: 12 days per year 5% savings fund * Life insurance * Additional benefits: Approximately $5,200. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in extrajudicial collections. * Bachelor's degree in Law is preferred, as it will add value to the collection process and negotiations with debtors. * Valid driver's license and availability to travel to various communities. * Ability to safely and responsibly operate a standard transmission vehicle. * Flexible schedule availability to perform field work according to company needs.
