Job Description** We seek a physically active professional with a vocation for women's holistic well-being, passionate about functional training and working with women over 30 years old. The ideal candidate must possess clinical judgment, communication skills, and a focus on safe and progressive results, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and personalized experience for each user. **2\. Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with one hour for lunch. **3\. Workplace** At Calle Porfirio Diaz 157, Colonia Reforma, Oaxaca de Juárez, at the fitness studio “360 JAZ”. **4\. Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement **training plans** for small groups and \+8 people; * Apply **functional exercises and strength training**, use of pulleys, TRX system — all focused on women \+30 years old; * Conduct **initial assessments** for new clients to detect or identify physical limitations, injuries, or pathologies; * Establish **safe exercise goals** for users; * Perform **monthly assessments** to record progress, measure physical improvements, and adjust training plans; **5\. Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or related fields such as Sports Sciences or Nutrition Knowledge: Basic knowledge of functional exercises and muscular strengthening (strength), ability to identify injuries, discomforts, and physical limitations Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, empathy, professionalism, group management, and professional appearance Attributes: Organization, responsibility in handling documentation, software, and basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency Other (Optional): Knowledge of or willingness to learn EMSculpt NEO and TRX system. **7\.
