For this reason, our actions are carried out with a deep sense of solidarity, responsibility, and generosity, transmitting trust and security to those who access our services, in order to offer dignified care characterized by quality and warmth, always demonstrating a service attitude that contributes to equity and social justice. *WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* **SOCIAL WORK COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of **3 years of experience in managerial or coordination roles, preferably in civil society organizations or social assistance institutions.** * Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Professional title and license. * Knowledge of Health System regulations. * Driver's license preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Social Work department serves as a bridge between users' needs and the services offered by the Clinic, both internal and external, including the system for payment waivers for users, as well as managing linkages with other institutions (referrals/re-referrals), shelter usage, and other social support services. * Management of human and material resources within the department: \- Coordination and supervision of the social work team across all activities, with a results-oriented and continuous improvement approach. \- Seeking training and professional development opportunities for team members. \- Participation in selection processes for new team members. \- Induction and training for newly hired staff joining the department. \- Safeguarding, administration, and maintenance of assets assigned for department operations. * Strategic and operational planning: \- Development of the annual operational plan for the department. \- Creation and updating of organizational and operational manuals for the department. \- Participation in institutional strategic planning. · Linkage \- Coordinate internal collaboration among different departments within the institution to ensure comprehensive user care. \- Manage collaborations, referrals, and/or transfers of users to other institutions. \- Build support networks with other sectors (public, private, and civil society). **WE OFFER:** · A collaborative workplace with social purpose. · Opportunities for professional and personal development. · Support during the induction and integration process into the team. · Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
