WE ARE LOOKING FOR ***AN ARCHITECT AND/OR ENGINEER*** TO DEVELOP PUBLIC WORK PROJECTS Requirements: * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (License/Certificate desirable) * Availability of schedule and willingness to travel. * Knowledge of NEODATA software (desirable) * Proficiency in Civil CAD and Microsoft Office suite * 1 to 2 years of experience in public works. Responsibilities: * Executive infrastructure projects: Drinking water, deep wells, drainage, paving, and other public works. * Preparation of technical and economic proposals for: direct awarding, restricted invitation to at least 3 contractors. * Preparation of public works estimates and site logs. * Unit price analysis and concept catalog. * Administrative tasks related to the area, preparation of technical files. * Review of platforms (SISPLADE, RFT, PADECO, etc.) * Customer and supplier support.
