We are looking for Engineers in various regions of Mexico · Systems Technician or incomplete degree in Systems Engineering or related IT field. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, user support, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. · Knowledge in ticket management, networks, and backups. · Provide user support through ticketing tools. · Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. · Install applications, images, and Windows operating systems. · Perform data backups.
