We are looking for candidates for the position of **Service Manager** for a multibrand diesel and gasoline workshop in Oaxaca, Oaxaca. **Position objective:** Guarantee customer satisfaction in the after-sales area by completing required tasks on time and correctly across various service orders, corrective and preventive maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections of new units. **Profile requirements:** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields * Extensive experience in diesel and gasoline mechanics * Experience supervising personnel * **Valid driver's license** * High-level customer and public service skills * Organized, strong internal control, process-oriented. **Job responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise vehicle reception, diagnosis, repair, and delivery. * Manage service scheduling to optimize time and resources. * Ensure compliance with quality procedures in service delivery. * Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues. * Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and develop customer retention strategies. * Develop service campaigns (promotions, preventive maintenance, etc.). * Lead and coordinate service advisors, mechanics, electricians, assistants, and administrative staff. * Set productivity goals and evaluate performance. * Train and motivate staff on new automotive technologies and customer service. * Control budgets, income, and expenses within the service department. * Monitor key performance indicators: productivity, delivery times, service sales, profitability. * Manage spare parts, supplies, and tool inventories. * Ensure compliance with workshop safety and hygiene regulations. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment. **We offer:** * Competitive base salary * Legal benefits: IMSS, social security, vacation, Christmas bonus, bonuses, PTU.
