Centro Oaxaca **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** * Commitment to the company * Business vision * Effective communication * Leadership * Creativity and innovation * Digital skills * Public relations * Strategic planning * Cross-functional collaboration **BASIC KNOWLEDGE** * Marketing knowledge * Data analysis * Budget management * Market knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Strategic Planning:** Supervise the weekly plan for campaigns and content, and adjust optimizations (segmentation, audiences, A/B tests, reach, leads). * **Digital Marketing:** Monitor active campaigns and create new ones according to objectives (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and established KPIs. * Review Analytics, GTM and Pixel SEO metrics: monitor keywords, titles, image sizes, and make website adjustments. * Update marketing plan and SMART objectives, evaluate marketing budget and resource allocation for social media campaigns, as well as supplier payments. * **Social Media and Content:** Coordinate design of promotional materials and content (flyers, reels, photos), manage online reputation (reviews, mentions), and internal dissemination of messages (posts, WhatsApp distribution channels). * **Brand Management and Communication:** Design seasonal thematic campaigns, coordinate collaborations with influencers/media. * Plan facade decorations required for each season, including managing quotations, payments, invoicing, and scheduling for installation and dismantling. * **Projects:** Operate and follow up on the Endomarketing project aimed at workplace improvements and communication. * Participate in and follow up on the Social Responsibility (CSR) project—maintain active guest-focused campaigns (safe travel, fraud prevention, etc). * **Team and Supplier Management:** Daily review of project progress with designer and community manager. * Coordinate external suppliers (agencies, print shops, photographers) and cross-departmental projects with commercial and operational areas. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor daily results of active campaigns and generate reports aligned with KPIs, administrative reports, performance evolution reports, weekly digital metrics reports, and executive reports for management. * **Consultations and Meetings:** Advisory meetings (sales and marketing), project follow-up meetings, management committee meetings, and results delivery meetings. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in managerial or similar roles **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * Free daily meals * Company-provided uniforms Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining service * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
