Maintains constant communication with key supply chain stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operations Management:** Coordinate the entire import and export cycle, including ground (LTL/FTL), ocean, or air transportation. * **Documentation:** Prepare, review, and control essential documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs entries, certificates). * **Coordination:** Maintain constant communication with customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and customers. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations comply with foreign trade laws and regulations. * **Tracking and Reporting:** Monitor shipments, routes, delivery times, and prepare status reports. * **Customer Service:** Coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and manage expectations. **Skills and Knowledge** * Experience in foreign trade and international logistics. * Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures. * Proficiency in management tools and Office applications (Excel). * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. **Typical Profiles** * **Import-Export Coordinator/Executive:** Directly manages operations and documentation. * **Import-Export Intern:** Supports daily activities and operational tracking. * **Transportation Buyer:** Focuses on negotiation and administration of transportation services.
