Job Description process assistant What will be your main responsibilities? * Identify areas for improvement in operational processes through observation studies and data analysis. * Develop and update processes, procedures, policies, routines, organizational charts, and other work documentation in collaboration with area managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. * Coordinate the proper implementation of documented processes in the respective areas, ensuring achievement of objectives. * Evaluate and report results obtained after process implementation using key performance indicators (KPIs). * Independently manage assigned tasks and monitor process execution to ensure continuous improvement. What do you need to apply? Experience: Recent graduates with knowledge in: * Process mapping, statistical studies, and observation. * Experience in roles requiring autonomous work and project management. Knowledge: process mapping, time and motion studies, Visio software. Minimum education required: Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration. Additionally, please consider: · We require candidates with the following skills or competencies: Ability to work under pressure / Frustration tolerance / Service-oriented attitude / High analytical ability. Primary work location: Vallejo corporate office and store visits once per week. · Working hours: Monday to Friday plus one Saturday shift.
