




**Position:** Supervisor Technician **Area / Department:** Integrated Crew **Business Unit:** ISA Engineering and Associated Services **Immediate Supervisor:** Area leadership or assigned project coordination **Location:** As per project assignment (Oaxaca base or other remote sites) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 h and Saturdays from 8:00 to 14:00 h **Day Off:** Sunday **Benefits:** According to labor law **Assigned Vehicle:** Crew pickup truck **General Job Objective** Execute, coordinate, and supervise comprehensive maintenance services and assigned technical activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and time standards established by the company and client. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Execute, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Conduct evaluation walkthroughs together with users or client representatives. * Prepare material surveys and requests necessary for job execution. * Supervise assigned technical personnel and verify compliance with safety regulations. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain communication with corresponding coordination or leadership. * Control assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Report personnel incidents and overtime hours. * Coordinate routine or emergency maintenance tasks. * Prepare documentation folders and photographic evidence of completed work. * Comply with internal guidelines and commitments established with the client. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or certified technician (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related). **Experience:** * Supervision of technical personnel – 2 years (mandatory). * Comprehensive maintenance – 2 years (mandatory). * Standard vehicle handling – 3 years (mandatory). * Industrial safety knowledge – 1 year (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical installations, welding, plumbing, HVAC, basic masonry, and general maintenance. * Use of workshop tools and civil construction materials. * Basic proficiency in Office software and reporting applications. **Physical Conditions and Availability:** * Valid documentation for plant access. * Physical fitness suitable for high-altitude or high-risk work. * Availability to travel or handle emergencies outside regular hours. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Assertive communication. * Professional responsibility and ethics. * Proactivity and responsiveness. * Timely submission of reports and evidence. * Customer orientation and commitment to quality. **Job Conditions** * Field work involving exposure to various environmental conditions. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. * Overtime subject to prior authorization. * Occasional response to emergencies during non-working hours.
