Responsible for the daily management of the package delivery process at CSP and DSP within their area of responsibility, ensuring time and quality standards are met. 2. Responsible for supervising key operational indicators at CSP and DSP within their area, such as package reception volume, dispatch rate, delivery rate, warehouse retention rate, and customer complaints. 3. Responsible for coordinating human resources at CSP and DSP to ensure stable operations during both regular periods and peak demand seasons. 4. Responsible for identifying new CSPs and DSPs and supporting their training as well as that of delivery personnel. 5. Responsible for guiding CSPs and DSPs in the proper assignment of work shifts and distribution of delivery routes to improve team efficiency. 6. Responsible for coordinating the resolution of issues and customer complaints within their area of responsibility, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Responsible for maintaining relationships with franchisees, supervising that operational processes comply with company standards and industry regulations, ensuring the safety of personnel, packages, and assets, and preventing business risks. 8. Responsible for proposing reasonable optimization suggestions based on actual operational conditions and the business status of franchisees to improve profitability within their area of responsibility. 9.
