Join us as a **Cashier and Settlement Clerk** OBJECTIVE: To perform route reception and settlement according to sales made, ensuring proper custody and dispatch of cash, billing, and 100% daily settlement closure. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive cash from routes returning from deliveries, reconciling amounts both physically and accounting-wise. * Ensure proper cash dispatch and system reconciliation to guarantee daily and appropriate custody of money and valuables. * Prepare necessary reports on the dispatch and receipt of valuables for timely follow-up by the Administrative Manager and operational accountant. * Daily sales reporting. * Perform daily invoicing process. * Detection of counterfeit bills. * Route settlements. * Portfolio management. * Handling of petty cash fund.
